Marek has amassed 15 years of engineering expertise in mechanical design, with a particular focus on subsea clamp solutions. He has played an active role in offshore installations for both topside and subsea projects. Prior to founding BALTEER, now known as IK Engineering, Marek was part of the IK Group team based in Norway, where he specialized in the Subsea Business Area. He holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and has experience in company management.

Meet Kamil Nadratowski,  

An experienced Engineering Manager with over a decade in the industry. Kamil oversees the design department, supporting engineers in solving complex technical challenges. He has successfully delivered numerous offshore and onshore projects for clients worldwide, many of which were custom solutions tailored to specific requirements.

Kamil has a passion for challenges and innovative solutions, which drives his involvement in the R&D department, where he develops project improvements. He is also part of the FEA department, where he performs advanced strength analyses following international standards.

Outside of work, Kamil participates in football, tennis, and boxing.

Meet Aleksandra! With a degree in Mechanical Design Engineering, Aleksandra is a skilled specialist in 3D visualizations and rendering. She is proficient in project planning, control, and communication and is the focal point within IK Engineering’s procurement activities with a positive attitude. Outside of work, Aleksandra is passionate about sports and holds a blue belt with yellow tags in karate.

When he’s not busy leading design projects, Maciej indulges his passion for automotive mechanics. He loves repairing cars and motorbikes, as well as dismantling engines. His dedication to the field is evident in everything he does.

Meet Piotr, an exceptional Engineer with an impressive track record spanning over 23 years. He started his journey as a skilled welder and has since evolved into an expert in steel constructions and mechanical components, making him a truly well-rounded professional in the field.

Meet Adrian Słodzinka!  

He is the youngest member of our team, having recently earned his master’s degree in mechanical engineering. Adrian brings extensive experience in designing machines for the medical, food, and production automation industries. He is hands-on in the workshop, where he has acquired extensive knowledge of manufacturing technologies and developed welding skills. 

In his free time, Adrian enjoys working on his car during the summer, he likes to spend time gardening and cycling.

Bartosz is a highly experienced engineer with over a decade of expertise in the industry. He began his career as a furniture designer and then transitioned to producing electric vehicles and battery packs. This progression has enabled him to develop into an expert in mechanical components, positioning him as a well-rounded professional in the field. 

In his free time, Bartosz enjoys DIY projects, 3D printing, and woodworking.

He has extensive experience in project execution and on-site supervision, particularly in the maintenance and modernisation of refinery infrastructure.

A structuralengineer with several years of experience in the offshore industry. Maciej began his journey in ocean engineering at Gdansk University of Technology, where he earned his master’s degree. Currently, he works in the Subsea division and provides support to other departments within the company.

In his free time, Maciej practices martial arts, focusing primarily on Muay Thai, but he also engages in related sports like boxing. He has a keen interest in computer games, particularly in the RPG genre.

Meet Krzysztof – a mechanical designer with a passion for FEA and mathematics. Krzysztof is highly skilled in ANSYS and CAD software, with a deep understanding of CNC machining methods.

He is an experienced mechanical engineer with strong CAD skills. Paweł began his career as a technologist, gaining valuable workshop experience that enhances his understanding of sheet metal design, as well as punching and milling operations. He is also an International Welding Engineer, which further deepens his knowledge of welded constructions.

In his free time, Paweł enjoys exploring local destinations, particularly those with historical significance.

He is a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in the Oil and Gas industry. Radosław excels in creating detailed models and drawings using various CAD software. With a focus on quality and efficiency, he approaches every challenge with the belief that any problem can be solved.

Outside of work, Radosław enjoys traveling and learning about diverse cultures. He is always keen to explore new places around the world.

Wiktor is an accomplished Project Engineer with several years of experience across industries, ranging from hygienic design in filling lines to automotive engineering with a focus on curing presses. Wiktor’s international experience has sharpened his ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in multicultural environments. 

In his free time, Wiktor enjoys combat sports, particularly boxing and kickboxing. He also enjoys leaning history, with a focus on geopolitics and grand strategy, as well as playing strategy games and fixing electronics.
